The Goal Is Reached. What Happens Now?

The countdown begins.

When an idea hits its minimum funding goal, withdrawals are no longer possible. The raise enters its final phase: a 24-hour window opens for any last participants to join before funding officially closes.

Once the countdown ends, the treasury is locked. No more deposits. No more withdrawals. The idea is moving forward.

What if demand exceeds the hard cap?

The 24-hour window stays open regardless. Deposits can continue even after the hard cap is passed. Once the countdown ends, the excess above the hard cap is refunded to participants based on the allocation model for that specific idea (see "How Raises Work" for details on the current tier system).

What's next?

The raised capital is split:

80% goes to the project treasury, managed on Squad.

20% goes to liquidity pools so the token can be traded from day one.

The raise is converted into 80% USDG and 20% USDC. Liquidity is deployed across Omnipair (in USDC) and Meteora DAMM v2 (in USDG).

From here, the idea moves to Token Launch.
