1. Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how Spark DAO LLC, a Marshall Islands DAO LLC (MIDAO-10249-26) (referred to as "Spark", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Spark Mini-App — a Progressive Web Application (PWA) distributed through the Solana dApp Store and equivalent mobile channels (the "Mini-App").

This Policy applies only to the Mini-App. Other components of the Spark Protocol (including the public website, smart contracts, liquidity pools, decision-market interfaces, and integrated third-party services) are governed by their respective terms and the privacy policies of their respective providers.

This Policy supplements the SPARK PROTOCOL — TERMS OF USE (the "Terms"), in particular Section 15 (Data and Privacy). Capitalized terms used and not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms.

By using the Mini-App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Mini-App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information required to operate the Mini-App.

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you connect or generate a wallet within the Mini-App, we receive your public Solana wallet address. We do not collect, request, transmit, or store private keys, seed phrases, or any other credential capable of moving funds. Wallet authentication is performed locally on your device. Where the Mini-App's "export key" feature is used, the private key is exposed solely within your device and is never transmitted to Spark.

2.2 On-chain data

When you interact with the Spark Protocol through the Mini-App (e.g., posting an idea, funding an idea, participating in a decision market, claiming tokens, transacting in liquidity pools), the resulting transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain. This data is public, permanent, and outside Spark's control (see Section 6 below and Terms §15.1).

2.3 Usage and device data

When you use the Mini-App, we automatically collect:
