How it works

Anyone with a wallet connected to Spark can invite people to invest. The referrer gets a share of the graduation fee as investment credit. The referred gets $50 USDG of free investment credit managed by Spark via a custodial wallet.

Nobody receives cash. Everything is reinvested into ideas on the platform.

Roles

Referrer: Any user with a wallet connected to Spark. No minimum activity required. Can generate a referral link and/or a referral code.

Referred: Anyone, including existing Spark users. Each user can only have one referrer, ever. First referrer wins (first link clicked or first code entered).

Attribution: 1 referrer per user, permanent, for life. Once a referral relationship is set, it applies to every future investment by the referred user.

Referral tracking

Two ways to refer someone:

1. Referral link: justspark.fun/ref/CODE - click sets a cookie for 30 days
2. Referral code: manual entry (e.g. MATHIS2026) in the UI

Each user gets one link and one code (both tied to the same wallet). One referrer per user, forever. First link clicked or code entered wins.
